Iconic French dining institution Montrachet is hosting the ultimate Parisian dinner, Soirée Montrachet presented by King St and Good Food Events.
Parisian-born and Michelin-trained chef, Clément Chauvin will be joined by one of Australia’s most celebrated pastry chefs and winner of 2020 MasterChef Australia Emelia Jackson for one night only. Admired for her ability to balance classical technique with contemporary, approachable elegance, Jackson’s work is refined yet joyful, perfectly suited to the elevated dining experience of Montrachet.
Cuisine is just one element of a great night out. As soon as guests step into this one off dinner, they’ll be transported from the streets of Brisbane to the romance of Paris.
With its red leather booths, gilt-framed mirrors and a marble-topped bar, Montrachet is already the epitome of a refined French brasserie. Throw in special red and pink styling, staff dressed in pressed whites and a DJ spinning tracks at the bar to make it a night to remember.
Soirée Montrachet is part of King St Uncovered, a program that celebrates the flavours, style, and immersive experiences that make King St a destination of discovery. Running from February to May and presented by Good Food Events, King St Uncovered invites Brisbane to rediscover the precinct in bold new ways – uncovering hidden energy, unexpected moments, and the vibrant culture woven through every corner of King St.
