King St Uncovered is a vibrant, season-long celebration that shines a spotlight on the exquisite flavours, curated style, and truly immersive experiences that make King St a destination of discovery.

Running over four months, from February through to the end of July, and proudly presented by Good Food Events, this program is an open invitation for all of Brisbane to look beneath the surface and rediscover the precinct in bold and new ways.

It’s an opportunity to uncover the precinct’s hidden energy, hear the untold stories woven through its past and present, embrace unexpected moments of connection, and feel the vibrant, culture alive in every corner and culinary creation on of King St.

Parisian-born and Michelin-trained chefClément Chauvin will be joined by one of Australia’s most celebrated pastry chefs and winner of 2020 MasterChef Australia Emelia Jackson for one night only dinner event. Admired for her ability to balance classical technique with contemporary, approachable elegance, Jackson’s work is refined yet joyful, perfectly suited to the elevated dining experience of Montrachet.
