Ciao! Quay Quarter Lanes transforms into a slice of Italy this December, with Hatted Executive Chef Alex Wong of Lana at Hinchcliff House, Bar Mammoni on the spritz, and Guy Grossi – THE Italian food god who usually calls Melbourne home – bringing the whole menu and vibe together for one night only.
Grossi’s hatted restaurants across Melbourne defined the city as THE place where excellent Italian food was found and culinary traditions nurtured. He’s since ventured his multi-hatted empire into Perth and Brisbane, but not Sydney. You’ll have to come along to Italiano Lane to get the Grossi experience.
No Italian meal is complete without something a little dolce, so Zini Contemporary Gelateria and Adora Handmade Chocolates are on the sweet treats.
