Since his MasterChef debut, Pang has turned the humble dumpling into a national obsession. Blending his Mauritian-Chinese heritage with a meticulous, craft-led approach, his cooking is a masterclass in precision and personal storytelling. Beyond the kitchen, Pang’s magnetic energy and “king of dumplings” reputation have made him one of Australia’s most beloved culinary voices.

This event will have two seating times however both seatings will experience the night together.
