What happens when two of Australia’s most flame-obsessed chefs share a kitchen? You get Agnes x Pascale: Playing with Fire – a one-night-only dinner event where smoke is the main ingredient.
On Thursday 19 June, Ben Williamson, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Brisbane’s Agnes, joins forces with Nic Wood, Executive Chef of QT Melbourne, for a collaborative feast cooked entirely over live fire.
Agnes was named one of Good Food’s top Queensland restaurants to eat at, and Ben will bring his signature wood-fired style to Melbourne, crafting a bold and expressive menu that speaks the language of smoke, seasonality, and flame. Nic Wood matches the energy with finesse, grit and his own QT spin.
Expect a menu that ignites the senses – rooted in heat, built on instinct, and elevated by two of the country’s most dynamic talents. Complementing the menu are bespoke Four Pillars Gin cocktails, crafted to harmonise with the smoky flavours.
